Harvest Fruit Compote

Ingredients
  Dried prunes 1 Pound (1 Package)
  Dried apricots 5 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Of A 11 Ounce Package)
  Canned pineapple chunks 13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Canned cherry pie filling 5 Pound (1 Can)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 9x9x2-inch baking dish, layer prunes, apricots, and pineapple.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fruit.
Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
