Honey Fruit Compote
|Canned pineapple chunks||20 Ounce, juice pack (1 Can)|
|Canned mandarin orange sections||22 Ounce, drained (Two 11 Ounce Cans)|
|Seedless grapes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), seeded and halved (Green Or Red)|
|Kiwis||3 , peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
In a large bowl combine drained pineapple chunks, mandarin orange sections, grapes, and kiwi slices.
Set the fruit aside.
Add water, if necessary, to the reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup liquid.
Combine pineapple juice mixture, orange juice, honey, and lemon juice; pour over fruit mixture.
Cover and chill till serving time.
