|Canned unsweetened pineapple chunks||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned unsweetened peach slice||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Grated orange rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded coconut||1 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Arrange fruits in baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with orange rind and coconut.
4. Bake 10 or 15 minutes or until hot. Serve warm.
