Ingredients
  Canned unsweetened pineapple chunks 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Canned unsweetened peach slice 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Shredded coconut 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Arrange fruits in baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with orange rind and coconut.
4. Bake 10 or 15 minutes or until hot. Serve warm.
