South Seas Compote
|Strawberries||1 Pint, hulled and cut in half|
|Oranges||3 Large, peeled and sectioned|
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Grated coconut||2 Tablespoon|
Place strawberries and oranges in serving bowl.
Combine orange juice and honey; mix well.
Pour over fruit.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add bananas and mix.
