Red Fruit Compote

Ingredients
  Canned tart cherries 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Unsweetened frozen raspberries 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Unsweetened frozen strawberries 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Granulated sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain fruit; reserve liquids.
Add enough water to reserved fruit liquid to make 2 1/2 cup (625 mL).
Blend liquid, sugar replacement and cornstarch in saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until clear and thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Fold in cherries, raspberries and strawberries.
Chill thoroughly.
