Red Fruit Compote
|Canned tart cherries||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Unsweetened frozen raspberries||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Unsweetened frozen strawberries||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Drain fruit; reserve liquids.
Add enough water to reserved fruit liquid to make 2 1/2 cup (625 mL).
Blend liquid, sugar replacement and cornstarch in saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until clear and thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Fold in cherries, raspberries and strawberries.
