Ingredients
  Lemon 1 , sliced
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pears 4 , halved and cored
  Purple plums 8 , halved and pitted
  Peaches 4 , halved and pitted
  Apricots 4 , halved and pitted
Directions

Combine the lemon slices, water, and granulated sugar replacement in a saucepan.
Bring to the boiling point and fold in the fruits.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until tender.
Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate.
Compote will keep for several days.
