Canned low calorie pear halves
32 Ounce (Two 16 Ounce Cans)
Low calorie jellied cranberry sauce
1 Cup (16 tbs)
2 Medium, peeled, sliced and halved
Drain and quarter pears, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
Combine cranberry sauce, reserved pear syrup, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger; bring mixture to boiling.
Place pear quarters and orange slices in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour cranberry mixture over fruit.
Cover and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
