Mixed Fruit Compote is a delicious dessert recipe which I always love to have on my dinner table. I bet, once you have this Mixed Fruit Compote, you will always crave for some more.
  Dried apricots 1 Pound
  Lemon peel 1 (1 Inch Piece)
  Water 1 Quart
  Apples 1 Large (Or 2 Small)
  Seedless raisins 8 Ounce

Wash the apricots and put in a pan with the water, raisins, and peel.
Cook gently until tender.
Core the apple and cut into eighths.
Lay the sections on top of the other fruit, cover the pan, and cook until the apples are tender.
