Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pitted prunes 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned unsweetened pine apple chunks 20 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Lemon peel 1⁄4
  Cinnamon stick 1 , broken in half
Directions

1. Put fruits, lemon peel, and cinnamon sticks into a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Cook in microwave oven 8 minutes; rotate dish one-quarter turn once.
3. Remove lemon peel and cinnamon
