Baked Banana And Orange Compote
|Navel oranges||2 Large, peeled|
|Bananas||4 Large, peeled and cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cherries with stems||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Cut oranges into 1/4 inch slices; cut slices in half. Arrange orange slices in bottom of a shallow casserole; sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Dip bananas in orange juice; arrange over oranges. Spoon remaining orange juice over fruit.
3. Bake at 400°F 15 minutes.
