Golden Fruit Compote
|Canned peach slices/Pear slices||29 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dried apricots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
In a slow electric crockery cooker combine undrained peaches, orange juice, apricots, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Stir mixture, making sure syrup covers the fruit.
Cover; cook on low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours.
