Turmeric Sauteed Greens - Healthy Side Dishes

Heard how good turmeric is for you, but not sure how to add it to your cooking? This Turmeric Sautéed Greens recipe is soon going to be your jam!

Ingredients

Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , minced
Turmeric piece 2 Inch ((fresh))
Kale/Spinach /swiss chard 4 Ounce , thinly sliced
Kosher salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Water 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING:                        

In a large saucepan, heat oil.

Add garlic, turmeric and saute for 30 seconds.

Add kale, salt and saute for one more minute.

Add water and cook until leaves are wilted. Stir well.

 

SERVING:                       

Serve and enjoy!
