Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm) , minced | |
Turmeric piece | 2 Inch ((fresh)) | |
Kale/Spinach /swiss chard | 4 Ounce , thinly sliced | |
Kosher salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Water | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
In a large saucepan, heat oil.
Add garlic, turmeric and saute for 30 seconds.
Add kale, salt and saute for one more minute.
Add water and cook until leaves are wilted. Stir well.
SERVING:
