Iced Cinnamon Coffee

Ingredients
  Strong coffee 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Use 2 To 4 Teaspoons Instant Coffee To 1 Cup Boiling Water)
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch, broken in pieces (1 Piece)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coffee syrup To Taste
Directions

Pour hot coffee over cinnamon pieces; cover and let stand about 1 hour.
Remove cinnamon and stir in the cream.
Chill thoroughly.
