|Strong coffee||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Use 2 To 4 Teaspoons Instant Coffee To 1 Cup Boiling Water)|
|Cinnamon stick||3 Inch, broken in pieces (1 Piece)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coffee syrup||To Taste|
Pour hot coffee over cinnamon pieces; cover and let stand about 1 hour.
Remove cinnamon and stir in the cream.
