Almond Coffee Cream

  Homogenized milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Strong coffee 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Jamaican Or Viennese)
  Granulated sugar 3 Teaspoon
  Almond flavoring/1 to 2 tablespoon almond liqueur 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted

Heat milk in small saucepan just until bubbles form around the edges.
Stir in strong coffee and 1 teaspoon sugar; cook until piping hot, stirring occasionally.
Taste; add more sugar, if you wish.
Remove from the heat and stir in almond flavouring or liqueur.
Pour into mugs.
Whip cream in a small bowl and top each mug with a generous dollop.
Sprinkle with toasted almond slices and serve.
