1.Boil the water in a traditional Greek coffee maker or small saucepan.
2.Before water boils, add one heaping table sppon of coffee and sugar.
3.Make sure you stir it well to get all the coffee mixed into the water.
4.Let that sit until it boils and when it starts bubbling, just lift it away from the heat source and continue to boil to ensure a foamy surface.
5.Lastly make sure you pour the coffee quickly into your special Greek coffee mug without filtering and maintaining the froth at the top for a deeply falvourful Greek coffee.
