|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Jam/Favorite jelly||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 400Â°.
Grease layer pan, 9 X 1 1/2 inches.
Mix baking mix and sugar; cut in peanut butter.
Mix in milk and egg; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
Spread in pan; spread with jam.
