Ricotta With Coffee (Ricotta Al Caffe)

|Ricotta cheese||1 Pound|
|Coffee||2 Tablespoon, finley ground|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rum||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Beat ricotta until light and press through a fine sieve.
Add the coffee and sugar and mix well.
Add the rum and blend thoroughly.
Pour into a serving dish and chill for several hours.
