This chilly cappuccino is a heady mix of coffee with cocoa. Whisked together with corn syrup and milk with ice and sugar, the chilly cappucccino will soothe your senses in the summer.
|Espresso coffee/Very strong coffee 50 milliliter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||To Taste|
Combine espresso, corn syrup and cocoa.
Whisk together and place in blender.
Add milk and ice.
Blend until drink is frothy and ice is well chopped.
Add sugar to taste.
