Egg Coffee

Ingredients
  Water 10 Quart
  Regular-grind coffee 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Heat 10 quarts water to boiling.
Mix coffee, eggs and 1 1/2 cups water; pour into boiling water.
Heat to rolling boil (coffee mixture will sink to bottom).
Remove from heat; add 1 cup cold water to settle coffee.
