For good coffee, start with clean pot and grind suitable to method used.
Measure both coffee and water accurately; for medium strength, 2 tablespoons coffee to 6 ounces water.
If your method involves cloth filters, keep them in clean cold water when not in use; replace with new ones every 2 weeks.
