Homemade Coffee Liqueur
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dark corn syrup||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant coffee granules||6 Tablespoon|
|Vodka||25 1⁄2 Ounce (1 bottle)|
|Light rum||25 1⁄2 Ounce (1 bottle)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Ounce (1 bottle)|
1. In a Dutch oven, combine water, dark and light corn syrups and coffee granules. Allow it to come to a boil
2. Lower heat, and allow it to for simmer 1 hour, stirring often; cool completely.
3. Add in vodka, rum, and vanilla and stir well.
4. Serve in tall glasses or store in airtight containers.
