  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Port 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Brandy 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/8 Gill)
  Egg yolk 1
  Ice 8 Ounce (1/2 Shakerful)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a shaker, add ice, egg yolk, sugar, port, brandy and shake well.

SERVING
2. In a wine glass, strain the stirred contents and serve chilled.
