|Instant tapioca||4 Tablespoon|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Coffee||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Take a double boiler and combine salt, coffee and raisins in it. Cook over hot water for about 15 minutes.
2) Add sugar and chill.
3) Add vanilla and fold in the whipped cream.
4) Garnish with some extra whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
