|Strong coffee||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped|
1) Take a saucepan and heat coffee in it.
2) Add sugar and stir to dissolve completely. Chill.
3) Fold in whipped cream.
4) Add brandy and vanilla, stirring constantly. Chill.
5) Serve in glasses. Top with whipped cream and crumbled macaroons, if desired.
