Coffee Frappe

Coffee can actually make any dish special. A dash of coffee and the dish comes alive. Add the much needed zing to your cooking. This coffee frappe' is a wonderful treat that you would love to make over and over again.
Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Strong coffee 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and heat coffee in it.
2) Add sugar and stir to dissolve completely. Chill.
3) Fold in whipped cream.
4) Add brandy and vanilla, stirring constantly. Chill.

SERVING
5) Serve in glasses. Top with whipped cream and crumbled macaroons, if desired.
