|Strong coffee||6 Cup (96 tbs) (6 Servings)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||6|
|Whipped cream||6 Tablespoon|
1) In a saucepan, combine cocoa, sugar, dash of salt and water.
2) Boil for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
3) Gradually add milk and 1 square of unsweetened chocolate.
4) To prepare hot chocolate, heat the mix until very hot.
5) Pour in mugs, 2/3 coffee and 1/3 hot chocolate. Serve hot with a spoonful of whipped cream on top.
