Coffee Kuchen

Ingredients
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), scalded and cooled
  Cake yeast 2 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , rind grated
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 350°

MAKING
2) In a bowl cream together butter and 1 cup sugar.
3) Stir egg and milk into it.
4) In 2 tablespoons warm water dissolve yeast.
5) Mix salt, lemon peel, vanilla and 4 cups of flour.
6) Mix with butter mixture and blend well.
7) Let rise till double.
8) Grease a 8" x 13" tin with butter and pour the dough in it.
9) Let it rise again.
10) Spread on the cooled melted butter about 2 tablespoons.
11) Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
12) Bake for 25 minutes.

SERVING
13) Serve as a snack.
