Peanut Butter Coffee Cake
|All purpose biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Chunky / Smooth)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Jelly/Jam||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 In a bowl,combine biscuit mix and sugar.
2 Cut in peanut butter with a fork.
3 Stir in milk and egg; blend evenly.
4 Pour into a buttered 9-inch glass dish. Swirl jelly through the batter, if desired.
5 Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating the dish one-quarter turn halfway through the cooking time.
6 Rest for 5 minutes and serve.
