Peanut Butter Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  All purpose biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Chunky / Smooth)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Jelly/Jam 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl,combine biscuit mix and sugar.
2 Cut in peanut butter with a fork.
3 Stir in milk and egg; blend evenly.
4 Pour into a buttered 9-inch glass dish. Swirl jelly through the batter, if desired.
5 Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating the dish one-quarter turn halfway through the cooking time.

SERVING
6 Rest for 5 minutes and serve.
