Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Nonfat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant coffee 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Non caloric liquid sweetener 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, soften gelatin in milk.
2) Mix coffee and place over heat. Stir till gelatin and coffee dissolves.
3) Mix salt and sweetener.
4) Chill to thicken.
5) Stir in vanilla.
6) Fold beaten egg whites.
7) Chill until firm.

SERVING
8) Serve cold.
