Coffee Kisses

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Caster sugar 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Self-raising flour 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Strong black coffee 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Ounce, softened (50 Gram)
  Icing sugar 4 Ounce, sifted (100 Gram)
  Strong coffee 1 Tablespoon
  Icing sugar 1 Tablespoon (For Dusting)
Directions

Beat the butter or margarine and sugar with a wooden spoon for 10 minutes, or in a mixer for 5 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Add the flour and coffee and mix to a stiff dough.
Place the mixture in a piping bag, fitted with a large star nozzle.
Pipe an even number (about 30) of small stars with the mixture, a little apart, on a greased baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, until just beginning to colour.
Cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the icing, beat together the butter, icing sugar and coffee until light and creamy.
Sandwich 2 stars together with a little icing, then dust with icing sugar.
