|Granulated sugar||60 Milliliter|
|Half and half cream||250 Milliliter|
|Vanilla extract||5 Milliliter|
|Semi sweet chocolate||170 Gram|
Process the pasta, and cut into capellini.
Dissolve the sugar in the cream, and add the vanilla.
Heat the cream in a double boiler.
Add the chocolate to the cream.
Cook the pasta in a large kettle of boiling water.
Drain and place on serving plates.
Pour sauce over and serve.
