Iced Coffee Supreme

|Brewed coffee/Decaf coffee||24 Ounce (3 Cups, Cold)|
|Low carb vanilla ice cream||1 Pint|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant espresso powder||1 Teaspoon|
Put 1 1/2 cups of the chilled coffee, 1/2 pint of the ice cream, and 8 ice cubes in a blender.
Puree until smooth and thick.
Add 1 cup of the cream and espresso powder, if using, and blend.
Pour into 4 chilled glasses.
Repeat to make 4 more drinks.
