Iced Coffee Supreme

Ingredients
  Brewed coffee/Decaf coffee 24 Ounce (3 Cups, Cold)
  Low carb vanilla ice cream 1 Pint
  Ice cubes 16
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant espresso powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Put 1 1/2 cups of the chilled coffee, 1/2 pint of the ice cream, and 8 ice cubes in a blender.
Puree until smooth and thick.
Add 1 cup of the cream and espresso powder, if using, and blend.
Pour into 4 chilled glasses.
Repeat to make 4 more drinks.
