|Instant coffee||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||2 Tablespoon (For Topping)|
In saucepan, combine coffee, sugar, salt, chocolate, and water.
Stir constantly over low heat until chocolate melts.
Simmer for four minutes.
Then slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until heated and thoroughly mixed.
When piping hot, remove from heat and beat with rotary beater untill frothy.
Pour into cups and top with whipped cream.
