|Sifted powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Double strength coffee||8 Cup (128 tbs), chilled|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Add powdered sugar and vanilla to chilled coffee.
Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Add spices to whipping cream; chill.
Just before serving whip until stiff.
Pour coffee over coffee ice cubes and top with whipped cream.
