Ingredients
  Brewed espresso coffee 2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled
  Non fat vanilla ice cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle each serving with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
