|Brewed espresso coffee||2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled|
|Non fat vanilla ice cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle each serving with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
