Coffee Mallow Tortoni

Ingredients
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant coffee crystals 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped toasted almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

In a 4-cup measure, combine marshmallows and milk.
Microwave, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Stir to blend.
Stir in coffee crystals.
Chill until partially set.
Stir in nuts.
Beat egg whites and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat to stiff peaks.
Fold egg whites and cream into coffee mixture.
Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups.
Freeze.
