  Instant coffee powder/Instant coffee crystals 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick piece 2 Inch (2 Pieces, 1 Inch Each)
  Hot water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Aromatic bitters 3 Drop (Few Drops From A Bottled Variety)
  Granulated sugar To Taste (Sweeten As Per Taste)
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  10x confectioners sugar 2 Teaspoon (Powdered Sugar)
  Grated orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon

1. Combine instant coffee and cinnamon sticks in a 4-cup measure; add hot water and aromatic bitters. Sweeten to taste with the granulated sugar; cool.
2. When ready to serve, beat cream with 10X sugar until stiff in a small bowl.
3. Pour cooled coffee mixture over crushed ice in stemmed glasses, discarding cinnamon sticks. Top each with a generous spoonful of the whipped cream; sprinkle with the grated orange rind.
