|Packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant coffee powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Walnut halves||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, sour cream, and coffee powder.
Cook and stir till mixture reaches soft ball stage (236°).
Remove from heat and add vanilla and walnuts.
Gently stir till all nuts are coated.
Pour mixture onto buttered large shallow pan or platter.
With two forks, separate nuts.
Cool till set.
