Creamy Orange Coffee

|Instant coffee||3 Tablespoon|
|Orange liqueur||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange peel||1 , peel grated|
1. Combine water and instant coffee in a 6-cup microwave-safe glass pitcher. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until very hot, stirring once.
2. Stir orange liqueur into coffee and pour into mugs. Top each mug with a dollop of cream that has been whipped with 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar. Sprinkle whipped cream with grated orange peel.
