Frozen Hazelnut Cappuccino
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant coffee granules||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat free milk||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Fat free hazelnut coffee creamer||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan; cook over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in coffee granules; chill.
2. Combine chilled coffee mixture, milk, and creamer in a shallow container. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until solid.
3. Let stand 5 minutes, if needed, to soften slightly. Break frozen mixture into chunks. Process in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
