Coffee Nog A La Mode

Ingredients
  Strong brewed coffee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen egg substitute 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Nonfat vanilla yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine coffee, egg substitute, and sugar in a large saucepan; stir well.
Gradually add milk, stirring well.
Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly (do not boil).
Pour 3/4 cup coffee mixture into each of 6 mugs.
Top each serving with 1/4 cup frozen yogurt; sprinkle evenly with ground nutmeg.
