Cafe Latte Pudding
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant espresso granules||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen reduced calorie whipped topping||6 Tablespoon, thawed|
|Chocolate coated coffee beans||6|
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium saucepan, stir well with a whisk. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla.
2. Spoon 1/2 cup pudding into each of 6 dessert dishes.
