Coffee Ice

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Espresso/Dark french roast coffee 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

1. Prepare syrup of sugar and water. Cool.
2. Add coffee, chill, and freeze as in Fruit Ice. Garnish with whipped cream.
