Dandelion Root Coffee

Ingredients
  Dandelion roots 1 Pound, scrubbed
Directions

Place roots on cookie sheet in single layer.
Dry at 225°F.for 4 to 5 hours or until roots are brittle and brown inside.
Grind in coffee grinder and brew as coffee using 1/4 less dandelion coffee as you would regular coffee.
