Peanut Butter Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients till crumbly; set aside.
Cream together 1/2 cup peanut butter and shortening.
Slowly beat in 1 cup brown sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating till fluffy.
Thoroughly stir together 2 cups flour, baking powder, soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture, beating after each addition.
Spread in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Top with crumbly mixture.
Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
