Cappuccino Bon Rons
|Chocolate fudge brownie mix||1 (Chocolate Lover's Mix, 1 Package)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil/Vegetable puritan canola oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Instant coffee||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Folgers)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place 40 (2-inch) foil cupcake liners on cookie sheet.
Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, instant coffee and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes.
Fill each cupcake liner with 1 measuring tablespoonful batter.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Garnish with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon.
