Peanut Butter Coffee Cake
|All purpose biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Smooth peanut butter/Chunky peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Jelly/Jam||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Combine biscuit mix and sugar; cut in peanut butter with a fork. Stir in milk and egg; blend evenly. Pour into a buttered 9-inch glass dish. Swirl jelly through batter, if desired.
2. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
3. Rest 5 minutes
