Cappuccino Bon Bons
|Fudge brownie mix||10 1⁄2 Ounce (Use Duncan Hines, 1 Package Family Size)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Use Crisco Puritan)|
|Instant coffee||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Use Folgers)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Whipped topping||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon/Fresh fruit||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place 1 1/2 inch foil cupcake liners on cookie sheet.
Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, instant coffee and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes.
Fill each cupcake liner with 1 measuring tablespoon batter.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
Garnish each bon bon with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon or piece of fruit.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
