Honey Glazed True Cod has a Succulent taste.The Honey and Rice vinegar gives the Honey Glazed True Cod Refreshing taste.
Ingredients
  Rice vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Shoyu 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame tahini 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Ginger root 2 Inch, peeled and minced
  True cod steaks/1 pound thick fillet 2 Pound
Directions

Start coals in grill.
In a small, heavy saucepan, combine and heat all ingredients except cod, stirring until honey and tahini are melted into sauce.
Brush cod lightly with glaze and grill or broil for 6 to 8 minutes total on each side, basting and turning several times.
