Honey Glazed True Cod
|Rice vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Sesame tahini||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Ginger root||2 Inch, peeled and minced|
|True cod steaks/1 pound thick fillet||2 Pound|
Start coals in grill.
In a small, heavy saucepan, combine and heat all ingredients except cod, stirring until honey and tahini are melted into sauce.
Brush cod lightly with glaze and grill or broil for 6 to 8 minutes total on each side, basting and turning several times.
