Garlic Cod

Garlic Cod has a mind blowing taste. The lemon juice gives the Garlic Cod a tangy and bracing taste.
Ingredients
  Cod fillets 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Margarine/Butter, melted 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), finely chopped
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon wedges 5
Directions

If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pieces.
Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
Mix melted margarine, the lemon juice, onion powder and paprika.
Dip fish into margarine mixture.
Arrange fish, with thickest parts to outside edges, in ungreased microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Pour remaining margarine mixture over fish.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 2 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 2 to 4 minutes longer.
Let stand 3 minutes.
Place garlic, 2 tablespoons margarine and the oil in 2 cup microwavable measure.
Cover loosely and microwave until garlic is brown, 4 to 5 minutes; pour over fish.
Serve with lemon wedges.
