Baked Torsk

Ingredients
  Torsk 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place torsk in (12 x 8-inch) baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine butter, green pepper and mushrooms.
Pour over fish.
Cover.
Microwave 4 to 5 minutes on HIGH, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with lemon and lime wedges, if desired.
